Local Graffiti

Near my house there is a bike path, which used to be train tracks. Along that path is a structure that has been destroyed and forgotten by all but the people who hang out and graffiti old, forgotten structures. It looks like it might have been a bridge at one point, but since there's nothing to bridge over, I don't know why it would be.
